Before founding Romano Law in 2003, Domenic was an international corporate attorney at a large Manhattan law firm, as well as an in-house attorney at a Biotechnology company in Toronto, Canada. He has lectured on business law issues at the New York Public Library's Science, Industry and Business Library (SIBL), the Workshop in Business Opportunities (WIBO), and the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). Domenic is a member of the Business Law Section and the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. In addition, he has served on the board of directors of both the American National Theatre (ANT) and STREETS International, a non-profit organization serving disadvantaged youth in underdeveloped nations.
Domenic is the founding member and organizer of the Business Lawyers Group, a diverse network of exceptionally qualified and experienced attorneys, engaged in a wide range of legal practice areas.

Before practicing law, David spent 13 years working at International Creative Management (ICM) in the classical music, motion picture, theater, television, literary, commercials and business affairs departments. He has since worked at several large Manhattan law firms as a corporate and intellectual property lawyer, and he has experience with matters such as mergers and financings, entertainment licensing, copyright, publishing and digital media.

Adam also works with international performing rights societies to collect retransmission and other royalties.
